Support and privacy
In short: there are no accounts. No sign-up, no email, no password. Your projects, notes and prompts are stored on your device. Something only leaves it in four cases: when you generate a prompt with the AI, when you share a project or a link, when you report content and, in the free version, what the ads need. You decide whether ads can be personalized, and the Pro subscription removes them. There are no analytics.

Create a project and, inside it, type or dictate your idea in the Prompts tab. When you save, the AI turns it into a structured brief: context, goal, data model, requirements, steps and the decisions it assumed. The original idea is kept with the prompt: tap “Idea” to flip the card, edit it and regenerate the prompt. The Notes tab is for things that don't need converting.
The language you write your idea in. The app's menus and messages are in English, Spanish (Spain) and Latin American Spanish: the first time it uses your device's language, and you can change it in Settings (the gear, top right) → Language.
Generating takes from a few seconds to a minute, and the app shows how long it has been. If the AI doesn't answer, the app tells you instead of saving a half-finished prompt: you can try again in a minute, or keep your text as it is with “Save without AI”. When you regenerate and it fails, the prompt you already had is left untouched.
Open the project → the “…” button at the top (or touch and hold its icon on the home screen) → Share → Turn into a shared project. You get a six-character code; send it to anyone you like, by WhatsApp or by showing it to them. They enter it in Settings → Join a shared project. Joining is also a Pro feature.
Go to Settings → Go Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google Play account you paid with. Anyone who bought the one-time purchase from the first versions keeps Pro.
From your store account, not from the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
When you write an idea and save it, that text is sent, together with the language you chose in the app, to a server function that we run, hosted on Supabase. That function passes it to Google's Gemini API and returns the structured prompt to you.
It goes through there, rather than straight to Google, so that the Gemini key doesn't have to ship inside the app. We don't store your text: not on that server and not in any database. It's discarded as soon as the result is returned.
Google handles that data under its developer terms, so don't write confidential information or other people's personal data there. Notes don't go through the AI: only what you write in a prompt is sent.
The free version shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom and, when you generate or regenerate a prompt with the AI, a full-screen ad (at most one every 90 seconds; the generation keeps running underneath). Before any ad is shown:
If you allow it, Google can use your device's advertising identifier to personalize and measure ads. If you don't, ads still appear, but they aren't personalized. On Android outside Europe you aren't asked: Google applies your device's ad settings. In every case AdMob receives technical data from the device, such as the IP address, model or operating system. It uses it to show the ad, limit how often it appears and prevent fraud. How Google uses it: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

With Pro there are no ads, neither the banner nor the full-screen one.
Prompt AI Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription (the app shows the price in your currency before you pay) that renews automatically until you cancel it from your Apple or Google Play account. It does three things: removes the ads, lets you share projects (and join them with a code), and lets you link each prompt to the notes that give it context. Everything else is free, with no limit on projects, prompts or notes.
Payment is processed by Apple or Google Play. RevenueCat validates it and receives a random app identifier and the purchase details. It doesn't receive your name or the content of your projects. “Restore purchases” is on the same screen, to get Pro back when you change devices.
There's no account to delete. To remove what you've shared, in the app go to Settings (the gear, top right) → Delete my shared data:
Anything that's only on your device isn't touched, and it disappears when you uninstall the app.
Copies shared by link and reports can't be deleted from the app. Email us at the address below with the link or whatever you want removed, and we'll delete it.
The app isn't directed at children under 14 and doesn't knowingly collect their data.
We process data for three reasons. First, to provide the service you ask for: generating prompts, sharing and the subscription. Second, your consent, for personalized ads. Third, our legitimate interest in moderating shared content and preventing abuse.
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. For any of these, email us. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Only with the services that make the app work:
Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR: standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
